Sometimes, I still think I haven't lost the kid in me, the kid who is curious, risk-taking, and adaptive within uncomfortable environments. I have a passion for storytelling from pre to post-production and bringing unique narratives to the suitable viewer. I extensively learned the craft of filmmaking during my undergraduate, which gave me a strong knowledge of the craft's theoretical and technical aspects. This majorly helped me analyze movies from a filmmaker's perspective, write coverages, and develop a critical sheet to make a project better for reaching a larger audience.
Though I dropped out of computer science engineering in the 2nd year of undergrad to study filmmaking, I never kept myself away from data. I enjoy interpreting data using Python, C, and R.
My interest in marketing strategy and making decisions based on data was piqued when I majorly took data-related coursework during my Master of Entertainment Industry Management at Carnegie Mellon University. The creative knowledge developed during my undergrad has churned my perspective in developing an out of the box interpretation of data analysis and finding solutions. An elective, "Telling stories with data" and "Statistical Analysis using R," has also fueled the fire and helped me fine-tune my interpretation skills.
While working as the founder of BlackLuxe Media, I have worked on data to analyze the target audience and creatively develop strategies to increase conversion rates. This also let me advance my entrepreneurial and decision-making skills while considering measurable risks. I upskilled myself in applied concepts of marketing strategy, consumer insights research, and audience retention. During this time, one significant learning was to communicate with a team of multiple perspectives and derive a collaborative solution.
I firmly believe I can fit into Project Manager, Strategy Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and Marketing related roles.

Launched this agency with a motive to make social media marketing for brands in terms of collaborating with talents an easy process in India. Took the initiative of all the major brand collaborations in South India.
Onboarded, 5000+ Influencers as Non-Exclusive Talent, 12 Exclusive Talent, and 7 Brands. Created a database to connect talent with brands for collaboration.
Hired 4 interns in sales, 2 in PR, and 5 in marketing and trained them in multivariable regression, R Programming, CLV case study, metrics for measuring brand assets, and HubSpot CRM.
Collaborated with Major brands from multiple segments by providing them artists and assisting them with creating a marketing strategy based on insights to increase their engagement rate and traction on landing pages.

MARKETING INTERN @BIGBANG SOCIAL (COLLECTIVE ARTISTS NETWORK)
Increased the companies visibility by onboarding new brands, agencies, talents, and social media influencers.
Operated Data Clean-ups on the onboarded profiles to organize and eliminate junk. Created visually appealing profiles for clients to evaluate better.
Developed social media marketing strategy and calendar for A-Level Movie Actors and influencers. Increased their fanbase on social media platforms by a minimum of 25% based on the talent, and connected them to their target audience.
Created Pitch deck and pitched talent who had the potential to grow in their particular domains, to production houses.

Onboarded certified dermatologists and fitness trainers onto the platform to increase awareness of wellness and rehabilitation by conducting one on one training sessions, seminars, and celebrity masterclasses.
Hired interns to manage influencers and coordinate with the client regarding any issue or query, create marketing strategies based on daily insights and reach targets set by me.
Increased the handle’s visibility on Instagram by 42%. (As per Insights by Instagram).
Total revenue generated by the end of Q1 was 7.8 Lakhs which is 127% growth (increase in revenue) from the first month.

Conducted campaign for “Kiabza clothing” by collaborating with Social Media Influencers from Instagram and TikTok.
Developed and implemented Social Media strategies to increase sales and generate revenue for future campaigns for the brand. Generated revenue of Rupees 3.7 Lakh under my leadership.
Organized brand meets and administered 73 Instagram Influencers to introduce the concept of eco-friendly shopping by promoting pre-owned clothing companies.

Led a marketing team of 10 interns to develop and promote the company on Instagram, Facebook, and amongst the elite and premium clubs from Hyderabad and Mumbai. Increased visibility by 48% through paid collaborations and public announcements.
Formed sales and HR department of 20 interns to sell merchandise, tickets and recruit interns with stipends. Generated revenue of 5.7 Lakhs.
Supplied music artists to college feats and local events. Managed stand-up comedians for events at "That Comedy Club: Bandra", and "The Habitats".
